Rivers Edge located in Lake Elsinore, CA offers one-and two-bedroom rental options that range between $2,059 -$2,220. What makes this apartment standout is that it is one of the few options in Lake Elsinore with a great location, great pricing relative to the area, and relativity modern amenities.
Shoreline Apartments is a classic garden style living apartment community with a total of 192 units built in 1987. Shoreline Apartments located in Lake Elsinore, CA offers one-two-and three-bedroom rental options that range between $1,900 to $2,775. Although being built in 1987 some units have received renovations that provide a more modern feel. What makes this apartment unique is its proximity to Southern California’s largest freshwater lake, Lake Elsinore.
Ridgestone is a relatively modern resort style living complex managed by Greystar, with a total of 352 units built in 2007. Ridgestone Apartments offers one-to-three-bedroom rental options that range between $2,000 to $4,678 depending on unit and lease term. Ridgestone shines because of its great location near several shop and restaurants. It is also near Rosetta Canyon Sports Park which is great for families.

Winner – Shoreline Apartments
According to Google the average rent for a 1-bedroom apartment in Lake Elsinore California is $1,870.00. The most cost-effective option out of the three is Shoreline Apartments coming in at $1,900.00. It is also important to note that at the time of writing this article Shoreline Apartment is offering one-month free to qualifying applicants which reduces to the net effective rent for a 12-month lease to $1,742.00 a steal if looking for a budget friendly apartment. Please keep in mind that Shoreline Apartments is an older apartment complex that doesn’t have the same amenities and or modern upgrades as Ridgestone or Rivers Edge and this is reflected in the pricing.

Ridgestone Apartments wins this category because of its location and overall convenience. Located approximately 1.4 miles away from I-15 (nearest major highway) its location is convenient for a daily commute but also packs a punch. Within a 2-mile radius Ridgestone apartment has several major grocery chains such as Costco, Target, Aldi, Walmart to name a few. You can also find a LA Fitness, Home Depot and several food chains such as In-and-Out, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, and Raising Canes all within a short distance.
A close runner up in this category is River’s Edge Apartments. Rivers Edge is located closer to the highway than Ridgestone Apartments at 0.6 miles away while remaining less than a mile away from Lake Elsinore Lake and Diamond Stadium. Nearby major retailers are Stater Bros, Cardenas, and In-and-Out
Amenities
Winner – Rivers Edge and Ridgestone
All three of these apartment complexes have similar amenity packages two additional features make Rivers Edge and Ridgestone stand out. The first being the ability to have a private garage which is great if you’re looking to fully enclose your vehicle. The second is having full size washer and dryers in all units. These two factors that Shoreline Apartments are missing is what gives the other two apartments a leg up.

Rivers Edge Apartments are a great option for person that wants a smaller quaint community with most if not all modern amenities that Lake Elsinore has to offer. The additional exclusivity and highway access makes great for commuters and WFH professionals.
Ridgestone Apartments is a great option for those that want to be a closer to the action. The convenience of immediate highway access, shopping, and dining cannot be beat also access to nearby parks and recreation makes this a great option for families.
